How time is useful for exercise?

A study published in The Lancet Psychiatry revealed that people who exercise at three to five days a week have a mental state, which is better than regular athletics. Obstacles are seen among those who exercise daily, which are bad mental health signs.
Adam Cookward, co-author of Yale University of the US, said earlier it was believed that the more physical exercise can be done as well as mental health. But the study did not actually happen.
He also said, more than 23 hours of physical activity or exercise more than 90 minutes in a day affects mental health.
There is less fear of developing heart problems, stroke, diabetes, etc. due to physical exercise. So it is necessary to exercise at the rules.
